In both my personal and professional life, I have witnessed a tantrum or two (thousand!). It is very difficult to tell the difference between a typical tantrum or a meltdown being had by a child who is completely overwhelmed due to sensory processing disorders. Here comes Santa Claus!!
With the holidays approaching, many of us are struggling to figure out what would be the best gifts for our children. While we tend to lean toward the "hot" items that we see on TV commercials, this article may change your mind.
